45 minutes. No pitch. After you tell me what's going on in your life and work, I tell you what I see and how I'd work with you.

Six months, twice a month

Private sessions built around your live situations. This can include the conversations you're dreading, the board meeting next week, your own purpose, etc. Your purpose, values, directives, and more are explored in every session. Direct access between sessions when you need it.

A team that follows on purpose

Bad news arrives early. People disagree with you in the room because they feel psychologically safe and can tell the truth. You have a clear North Star in guiding your own life and work. You promised trust and delivered presence and purpose too.

I keep a small roster so I can focus on you. Sessions can be customized to your schedule.

Keynotes and workshops

Keynotes are typically 15-60 minutes with limited interactivity. Workshops are typically 2-4 hours with interactive discussions and activities. Previous topics include: The presence of a leader, Purpose and the leader, Trust factor, Human leadership in the age of AI, etc. All content can be customized and tailored to the client's needs.

Joseph Kim, Ph.D.

Joseph's WHY is to empower those who are next, so that we can be equipped to transform ourselves and the world around us. He leads an executive coaching practice and is one of six Master Trainers for Simon Sinek's Optimism Company. He served as president of Genesis College in Osaka, Japan and as a professor of business at SKKU Business School, the #1 ranked MBA program in South Korea. The author of three books, Joseph is a leadership advisor and speaker whose clients include Adidas, BCG, Google, Merck, Microsoft, Nike, PwC, Samsung, Toyota, and the U.S. Air Force. He is an alum of Harvard Business School and received his PhD in philosophy from Arizona State University. He is a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and enjoys training with his sons.
